Yields: One 8" layer cake or 24 cupcakes

Directions For Cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 350°. Line two 12-cup muffin pans with paper liners. Prepare mix as directed above. Divide batter evenly, filling cups about ¾ full. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cupcake comes out clean. Let cupcakes cool completely.
