1/2 Cup Veg Oil
1/2 Cup Hot Water
3 Ounces Cream Cheese
For an 8” Round Cake: Mix as directed. Grease an 8” round pan. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
For a Loaf: Mix as directed Grease an 8.5 x 8.5” loaf pan. Bake for approximately 50 - 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Empty frosting packet into bowl of an electric mixer or use a bowl and hand mixer. Combine with cream cheese. Beat on low until crumbly. Increase speed to medium until combined, scraping sides of bowl as needed. Increase speed to high and beat for 30 seconds until light and fluffy.
Sugar, Wheat Flour (milled wheat, malted barley flour), Dehydrated Carrots, Cinnamon, Salt, Carrot Powder, Non-aluminum Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), Baking Soda.
